Our chef, Simon Crannage, enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of the food served at Samuel’s, Swinton Park’s 3 AA rosette Restaurant. The emphasis in the restaurant menu is on seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four acre walled garden. There are a wide range of lighter meals available including Bar Snacks, Afternoon Tea and Deerhouse Dining in the Parkland. Non-residents are welcome.
New for Spring 2017, the Country Club and Spa is a stunning new addition to the Swinton Estate and includes the Terrace Restaurant and Bar, along with a contemporary spa wing, comprising a gym and exercise studio, an indoor swimming pool, nine treatment rooms, vitality pool, spa garden and heat experience rooms.
The cutting edge yet informal restaurant is open every day to all. It’s the perfect place to relax after a walk in the grounds, a visit to the shop, cookery school or after taking part in one of the many activities within the Country Club portfolio.
