Do you wish you had toned muscles? Greater flexibility? Good posture? Or do you suffer with back pain? Pilates could help as it can ease back pain, is easy on your joints, improves flexibility and is great for toning muscles. It helps with concentration and improves focus as well as re-educating your spine to improve posture.
Come along and give it a go: Tuesday evenings from 7.30-8.30pm at Masham Methodist Chapel School Room and Thursday mornings from 11am-noon at Fearby Village Hall.
Classes have a maximum of ten places and cost £36 for six sessions (six weeks). First taster session costs £3.
