Farm Adventure is the place for your group of stags, hens, colleagues or even just friends on a weekend away, to enjoy farm styled activities, herding pigs, driving tractors, throwing eggs and wellies, gathering sheep and much more!
We can offer the full package from sorting out a tasty BBQ after your activities, (including home reared sausages, and locally produced burgers), to accommodation, including hot tubs, and all the extras!

‘Shepherded ‘ tours allow guests to experience traditional brewing processes fo the award winning ales. The Bistro & Baa..r provide locally sourced culinary delights, & the Sheepy Shop is full of ‘ewe-nique’ gifts.

Award winning garden and open air gallery; home to over 90 contemporary sculptures by internationally renowned artists, set within 45 acres of stunning grounds in a beautiful tranquil valley. Widely considered to be home to the North’s largest collection of rhododendrons, azaleas and magnolias with over 20,000 plants. The park is enhanced by three lakes, an Arboretum, Pagoda, Summerhouse, Himalayan Shelter, Norse Hut, decorative bridges and scenic woodland walks. A log cabin Tearoom serves a delicious range of food and drink options, complimented by our refreshment horsebox, children’s woodland playground and plant sales area. Dogs on leads are welcome.

The Theakston Black Bull in Paradise, Visitor Centre next to the Brewery, is available for private hire all year round. With legendary beers, and the Brewery Visitor Centre all to yourself, what more could you want? You may even be in Paradise! Food can be arranged to suit your occasion if required. Or if you just want to learn about how Theakston famous beers are brewed, and enjoy a pint at the home of the iconic Old Peculier, why not join one of our regular, guided tours of the Brewery. And if you are looking for a ‘Peculier’ gift, our shop has a wide selection of can and bottle beers, unique branded merchandise, souvenirs and other Yorkshire treats to choose from.

Famous Masham Sheep Fair weekend takes place in one of the finest Market Squares in England, raising much money for charity by filling the town with sheepy fun and entertainment all weekend.
Events include an action packed programme on both Saturday and Sunday, with a Sheep Show, Sheep Racing, Craft Market, Bishop Blaize Procession, Fleece Stalls, Wool Competition, Sheepdog Demonstrations, Hand Bell Ringers, Morris Dancers, Art Exhibition and Tours of Theakstons & Black Sheep Breweries, as well as the Old Time Children’s Fair.
