Wednesday Welcome Centre

Wednesday Welcome Centre

Every Wednesday from 12.30-3.30pm. A simple lunch is served from 12.30pm and activities start about 1.15pm – come for as little or as long as you want.
We are open to anyone who wants to get out of the house, have people to talk to, share activities with and have a good laugh. We play dominoes, darts and indoor sports such as bowls and quoits. Try a variety of crafts, join in the singing or just sit and chat. The choice is yours and we are always open to fresh ideas. We also love to welcome people with dementia and their carers. We keep some helpful information and can connect you with other agencies who may be able to help.
We are supported by Carers Resource and Dementia Forward, and an advisor from Carers Resource visits on the third Wednesday of each month.
Phone Joy on 01765 689310 to learn more or if you would like help getting there.
