11:00An opportunity to see a family home which is lived in and enjoyed today with an acknowledgement of its heritage. It also contains “antiques of the future”. Tour of the house which is in the late Georgian style, on the site of a 14th century castle. Tour to include principle rooms which contain antique furniture, ceramics, clocks and old master paintings. Also tour the pleasure grounds laid out at the time the house was built, including stunning views out over the river Ure to lower Wensleydale. Event not suitable for children under the age of 10.

The drive gates are by a red telephone box 2 1/2 miles north of Masham on the Richmond Road towards Catterick.
