19:30Following their triumphant and emotional return to Masham for the Town Hall Centenary in 2013, we are delighted to welcome back folk-rock legends Fairport Convention. After 48 years as a band, and 17 with the current line-up, it is fair to say that Fairport Convention are without equal as the driving force of British folk-rock from its inception to its current popularity.
The current line-up of Simon Nicol, Dave Pegg, Ric Saunders, Chris Leslie and Gerry Conway provide an evening’s entertainment without equal. Folk standards mix with Fairport classics like Matty Groves and Meet on the Ledge and new material for an unforgettable time.
