Free weight management lifestyle programme with nutritional information and physical activity. This 12 week weight management lifestyle programme will provide nutritional information, BMI, portion control, fats, sugars, labels and physical activity. You will have the option to be weighed weekly and offered support with your current lifestyle. The sessions are 30 mins nutrition and 45 mins physical activity.
Please note you must have a BMI of 25+ and commit to the 12 week course and to attend reviews in 6 months time.
