British Newspaper Library – Ben Sanderson
Ben who has worked for the Library for 13 years will talk about the British Library at Boston Spa, its 50-year history and the resources it has that are of interest to local & family historians, especially digitised newspapers and the vast collection of research journals & monographs. He will also talk about the national newspaper collection which is currently being moved to Boston Spa from its previous home in Colindale, north London. Ben now divides his time between Boston Spa and the British Library at St Pancras in London.
Non members are very welcome and are charged £3.00 per meeting.
