Our weekly wellbeing walks have expanded and we now offer a longer and brisker walk on the first Tuesday of each month which is circular, leaving from Mashamshire Community Office and is over 60 minutes and up to 90 minutes long. The walks will follow public footpaths over farmland and around other areas of interest, where there will be some rough, uneven ground and some stiles should be expected.
Please ensure you have suitable attire for the walk, i.e. waterproofs and suitable footwear and a rucksack with a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. Please also feel free to bring a flask and a snack for a short stop along the way. NB. The advertised duration of the walk does not include the rest break so please allow extra time.
If this is your first walk with us please arrive for 10am.
Free public toilets are available behind the Community Office where we start/finish our walk.
