Regular yoga class for all abilities/body types at Masham Town Hall.
Qi Yoga combines elements from Indian Yoga (Vinyasa/Hatha), with Chinese Daoist energy body mapping and Qigong forms.
This class will help you to:
-Deepen your breathing and concentration
-Improve strength and flexibility
-Restore your energy levels
-Improve your body and mind awareness
-Relieve your mental/emotional/physical stress
This class is flexible to your individual needs.
If you have struggled with yoga before, or are a complete beginner or just an experienced practitioner who wants to learn more please come along.
Please wear loose clothing and bring your own mat/cushion.
