7:30The event is a daylight road rally made up of a mixture of special tests on private land linked by regularity sections with average speeds of 30mph or less and will be authorised under the UK Motor Vehicles Competitions and Trials regulations.
The event does not condone or encourage speeding on any of the public highway sections of the route.
