A new informal, activity-based community group centered around wellbeing and emotional health and open to all ages and genders. Meeting monthly, the group will be a series of taster sessions, giving people the opportunity to try/learn about a range of non-clinical approaches to maintaining and improving wellbeing.
The plan for the session is:
An introduction to the group
An introduction to breath work and meditation- with Jane McPherson
Mindfulness Colouring
And a chat about the future/format of the group (including upcoming activity program)
To help us have a better idea of numbers, it would be great if people could respond to our event page (https://fb.me/e/2kSqYQNLB) or let me know that they are planning to attend.
We would like this to be a community group, rather than a Mind group, so we are open to suggestions on how the group functions. We are also looking for more people to help organise and plan the sessions, as it is an informal group it wouldn’t mean taking on an official role as such.
